新西兰的Cuisine杂志历来被本地的美食爱好者们热捧，一年一度他们会评出年度“美食大奖”（Good Food Awards），当然在评出大奖前，美食家们会匿名去各大餐馆试餐，先评选出一个“入选餐厅”列表，今年，这个包含100家餐厅的入选列表已经诞生啦！新西兰的吃货们，听到莉莉安吹响的号角了么？名单给你，冲刺的速度就看你们的了！
Cuisine杂志团队的美食评论家们几个月前就开始对新西兰各地餐厅进行匿名探店试餐啦，他们针对每家吃过的餐厅写出相应的测评报告，然后经过团队层层筛选，最终选定了下面这100家“入围餐厅”。据说今年是数量最多的一次，去年只有83家符合标准，最终入选。
接下来按照惯例，美食评论家们还会对这选出的100家餐厅进行“厨师帽评级”，最高的级别是3顶“厨师帽”，然后2顶，然后1顶。
在8月7号晚上，还会宣布最终的年度各大奖项得主餐厅，敬请期待。
